Focus is not perfect but definitely better than before, I can sit longer without getting distracted too much.

It never shows up a month later, it’s always a few days later than the last month. I’m usually out for a day or 2 before it shows up

Focus is slightly better when Im working, I still get distracted sometimes but overall improvement is there.
